Gresso Will Launch $50,000 Symbian Featurephone ‘Gresso Grand Premiere’ in January 2012

Have you ever wonder of $50000 USD or 2.65 crore INR mobile phone, if no then this news might get you in trauma. Gresso, the company which designs luxurious mobile phones and fashionable cases for iPhone, BlackBerry, HTC has recently unveils about its $50k featured-phone which is made up of old solid gold, named as Gresso Grand Premiere.

Earlier Gresso has made some smart carved handsets which carries huge price tags which was not affordable for every single person. If we talk about this mobile phone, the Gresso Grand Premiere mobile phone frame, buttons and D-pad are made out of solid gold, while the front and back cover are made out of sapphire crystal. Each unit of this mobile contains 150gm gold and the sapphire crystal weighs in at 138.5 carats approx.

Grand Premiere mobile phone letters and numbers above each key have been embedded with a laser as you can see in above image. Gresso Grand Premiere runs on the old Symbian S40 OS and measures in at 121x46x12mm and weighs 190g. This mobile phone will not able to make tech geeks happy because of its OS and Lacks in features.
